Use on dry skin.
Starting at your feet, gently brush upward towards your heart.
Use small strokes–or work in a circular motion.
Brush in a clockwise direction around the stomach, then work your way up to the chest.
Once you’ve reached the clavicle, start at fingers and work your way up to the shoulders.
Use morning or night, before a bath or shower. After showering, apply body moisturiser.
